Valorant final release date is June 2 officially announced by Riot Games, while Closed beta will end 5 days earlier on 28 May.
Valorant was always to be released in Summer 2020, but there was no confirmed date until
now, Riot says that Closed beta has been a huge success and they will stick to releasing
the full version of the game in Summer 2020.
The game is a huge success because of its different way of approaching FPS tactical
shooter game, mixing CSGO with Overwatch could have made things worst but luckily
everyone is equally praising the game. For those who haven’t got the opportunity to
try out the beta version may soon get there hands on the full version of the game.
Valorant final release date
The release date for Valorant is Tuesday, June 2, 2020. According to developers the
full version of the game will be available for every region and it will be always free-to-play.
Our goal has always been to bring Valorant to as much of the world as soon as possible, so we’re hyped to be able to do so on June 2,” said Valorant’s Executive producer, Anna Donlon. “The team looks forward to starting our decades-long commitment to servicing the global VALORANT community. This is just the beginning of our journey together.”
Valorant – New Game Mode, Maps and Agents
Apart from the release date Riot has also confirmed that there will be New Game Mode, Map and new Agent release with the game itself.
From the intel that we have the new Valorant game mode will be a “Deathmatch”
something that players have been requesting from a very long time, while the new
map can be ‘Ascent’ – it was reported by Dexerto earlier.
When will Valorant Closed Beta end?
Valorant Closed Beta will finish on May 28, five days earlier before the final release
of the game.
The reason for this 5 days window between end of beta and start of full game is
because according to the developers it will give them some time to “reset player accounts, patch new content, and prepare for the beginning of VALORANT’s worldwide launch.”
As it was said earlier that everything will reset when the full version of game will launch.
New server locations
New server locations include: Atlanta, Dallas, London, Madrid, and Warsaw.
