Tracking your playtime in Apex Legends is nearly impossible for players as it is not recorded on consoles, however, there is a way to track your total playtime using a third-party source.
Unfortunately, Apex Legends does not have a tracking feature of its own and
for players who like to grind hundreds and thousands of hours into the game
it is heartbreaking to see their precious hours not being counted.
Watching total playtime works as an energy booster/motivation for competitive players
because it is a way to show the dedication level of the player towards the game,
and due to not having any kind of tracking feature it lefts players always guessing their playtime.
Fortunately, there is a third-party software which keeps track of all your precious hours that you have spent into the game.
How to see your total playtime in Apex Legends
A reddit thread shows how exactly you can keep a track of your total playtime in Apex Legends using an outsource.
The outsource is a website “Exophase” which allows player to see their total playtime,
trophies and achievements, here is a step-by-step guide to do the same.
- Copy and paste this link into your browser: https://www.exophase.com/psn/user/YourName/
- Replace ‘PSN’ with ‘Xbox’ if you’re on an Xbox One or leave it if you’re on PlayStation
- Replace ‘YourName’ with your Gamertag on PlayStation or Xbox
- Hit enter and Exophase will provide you with your playtime on Apex Legends
Using the same website you can also keep track of playtime of all other games you have been playing on console and on top of that it also keeps track of all your trophies and achievements earned. In order to track all of this, you need to have an account on the website which is super easy and free of course.
