To claim these rewards you need one Twitch Prime account and your Rockstar Social club account and then follow these steps:

discount on many premium vehicles and one of them is Mammoth Tula.
Mammoth Tula is getting a huge discount of 80% on price, before this update
it cost around $5,173,700 from Warstock Cache & Carry, but for a limited
period of time it is available for $1,034,740 – $778,000.
Grotti Furia
The sports car is also on the list of Discounted items.
And just like Mammoth Tula, Grotti Furia is also getting a huge 60% price
discount in GTA online Twitch Prime reward.
