New leaks suggest Fortnite x Marshmello return to Fortnite with new cosmetics following the launch of Party Royale.
Marshmello was the first artist to get his live event in Fortnite back in Chapter 1 Season 7,
with over 10million players joining the game at the same time. Since then we have seen a
lot of Fortnite collaborations with artists and movies characters for cosmetics.
Recent live event in Fortnite was Travis Scott Astronomical event and now they have a Party
Royale event going on.
Many collaborations included a lot of skins and cosmetics for players to equip like Star Wars,
Deadpool and Avengers End Game. Now leaks suggest that the Fortnite x Marshmello may be
returning with a lot of new cosmetics following Party Royale launch.
Fortnite x Marshmello event returning to Fortnite?
Trusted Fortnite leaker iFireMonkey reveals that the DJ had a few file changes back in the 12.50 patch, apparently suggesting that some new cosmetics could be about to hit the item shop.
One of the points of attraction from these files is the update to an unreleased Marshmello
weapon wrap. If Fortnite is making changes to cosmetics which aren’t even released yet
points that Fortnite is ready to release some exciting cosmetics, otherwise, they wouldn’t have touched that.
This is good news for both new and old players who weren’t able to get those early
Marshmello skins and cosmetics when they were released for the first time in Season 7, but
this also means that those who already have the old Marshmello skins can now add more
items to their inventory and show off.
However, as of now, there is no confirmation from Epic Games on this Fortnite x Marshmello event but our best guess is it will come as a surprise and we will keep you updated on further information till then enjoy current Party Royale mode.
