apex-legends-season-9-lifeline-buff-confirmed-by-developers

Apex Legends Season 9 Lifeline buff has been confirmed by a Respawn Developer. There is going to be a lot of changes made to the medic.

It has been quite a long time since the last buff and as we are moving towards the upcoming Season 9, leaks have been unfolding up for legends and what players can expect from developers.

Apex Legends Season 8 is set to end on May 4th and Season 9 is believed to start from that very same day.

And as always this new season will also bring many significant changes to the game and a new legend.

According to information that we have, Revenant is said to get some buff. However, from the latest information, it looks like the in-game medic Lifeline is also going to get buff in Season 9 of Apex Legends.

Since her launch players have been constantly picking up her as a healer for their team.

But from the last couple of seasons, her hype has taken a strategic decrease and that can be one of the reasons for developers releasing a buff to restore her image.

player asked John Larson, a Live Balance Designer at Respawn: “How is Lifeline’s kit being handled? Regardless of whether her ult gets changed or buffed, her passive needs a 10-20 sec delay between revives.”

Responding to his question, Larson said: “Removing res shield, increasing tactical healing speed by 60%, buffing the CP to give guaranteed upgrades.”

Recently, they removed Lifeline’s revival shield which was a big nerf, the final two changes might balance the minor buff.

According to developers, Lifeline’s Drone of Compassion will now heal 60% faster, and her Care Packages will “guarantee upgrades”, which means if someone picks her up he/she always be with better loot than they had previously. However, the removal of her shield is still a big change.

Apex Legends Season 9 is right around the corner and this new leak about Lifeline’s buff has made things uncertain as we are not sure which Legend is going to make their entry in the game or how effective this new buff would be for the medic.
