Apex Legends Horizon actor has shared a video of the set she used for recording our newest legend and she also reveals where the Scot came from.
Horizon was a tag-along partner of Olympus map in Season 7, the newest legend has a ton of new abilities which you can combine with other legends also.
The Gravitational Manipulator is a super hit among fans, more and more players are using Horizon
nowadays, It is one of the best legends in Apex Legends after Wraith, Gibraltar and Bloodhound.
But you might get surprised knowing that the character was not created on a high budget Hollywood-esque
production instead it was shot and recorded in a closet set.
Season 7 launched on November 4, 2020, and after a couple of weeks, Apex Legends Horizon voice actor
Elle Newlands shares a video from her recording days.
She reveals that she managed to do all the expressions and voice overs in her small closet set.
“I had to capture this for posterity,” she started excitedly. “I just stepped out of my closet, it’s July 17, I’m in
Los Angeles in a 2-foot by 3-foot closet where I have my little recording booth, and I just recorded facial
recognition and voiceover for Season 7 of Apex Legends, and I’m the voice of Horizon… Aah!”
She then clarifies that this was for Season 7 and Elle said she is “so excited” to be in the game, calling the fact
that she’s doing it all from home “amazing.”

It is just mesmerizing what Elle and Respawn has created while managing everything, in her own words, to
“keep the entertainment flowing” despite all the issues the world has been facing in 2020.
This was done in a small closet so you might understand what can happen if they have a big production house.
