adin-ross-is-banned-from-twitch-for-the-7th-time

Twitch streamer Adin Ross is once again banned from the Amazon-owned streaming platform Twitch for the seventh time in a row.

Controversial Twitch streamer Adin Ross has established a reputation for being one of the platform’s most divisive personalities, so it should be no surprise when his suspension was announced on January 13, 2023.

Ross recently made the news when one of his streams was cut short due to Adin Ross’ bodyguard breaking his arm during a broadcast, leading him to cut the live short in a panic.

Ross rose to prominence in the streaming industry as he welcomed Andrew Tate onto his program and included him in multiple Twitch streams where the two would poke fun at one other, much to the amusement of the audience.

His reputation grew so well-known in the public eye that ideas for a podcast starring Kanye West were floated, but preparations fell through and the idea was rejected by Ross himself.

Adin Ross is banned from Twitch

On January 13, it was revealed that Ross had been temporarily banned from Twitch, but no explanation was given.

The most recent incident involves one of his bodyguards breaking his arm during one of his most recent streams, though nothing has been confirmed.

It’s not the first time he’s been banned from Twitch, as one of Adin Ross’ bodyguards allegedly knocked out someone attempting to attack the broadcaster, which is a violation of the platform’s rules of service.

Although Ross was not participating in the attack, it was the streaming of the event that resulted in the streamer’s ban.

Ross is in a terrible predicament, as he has been the target of a vicious cycle of attacks toward the conclusion of 2022 and in the early stages of the new year.

Adin Ross was the subject of many swatting events in November 2022, for which he later discovered the perpetrator and confronted him live on stream.

Despite pleading with the swatter, Ross received a second visit from local police soon after, causing him to stop streaming for the second time in a short period of time.

The accused viewer confessed in one of his most recent streams that his purpose for the run of swatting occurrences was racially motivated.

While many people may disagree with his ideas or his association with the contentious Tate brothers, it’s unclear whether Twitch would publish the exact cause for the suspension.

Adin Ross has recently mentioned his interest in boxing, while his broadcasts have indicated no association with any problematic characters and appear to be harmless.

One idea circulating on social media involves his criticism of Twitch, accusing the network of favoring some of the top content creators while harboring a vendetta against him.

This is the eighth time the streamer has been banned from Twitch, and it’s unclear when he’ll be permitted to return.
